* Question:  Why do the items in my shopping cart disappear when checking out?

*Answer:  It seems that there is a glitch in the web browser "Firefox".  Please switch to Internet Explorer or a different browser when placing your order.  This should rectify the problem.  If it doesn't, try clearing your cookies, then re-booting your system.



*Question:  I know Buz-Line does not ship out of the United States.  However, I live in Hawaii.  Why can't I place an order?

*Answer:  We only ship to the lower 48 United States. 



*Question: I live in Canada.  Is there any way I can place an order with Buz-Line?  You seem to carry supplies I can't find here in Vancouver or on anyone else's site. 

*Answer: We can make an exception for you.  You'll have to call us for arrangements.  The merchandise will be sent by mail instead of UPS.



*Question:  I see that the only shipping option when checking out is UPS ground.  Can I get something expedited?

*Answer:  Absolutely.  We can ship out your order next day air, second day air or 3-day select.  Please contact our customer service department for a rate to your
area.




*Question:  I'm looking for an Epson Ultrachrome inkjet cartridge for our wide format printer.  Do you carry these?

*Answer: Yes, We carry a full line of IT supplies including all Epson products.  Please check us out for your other imaging and IT supply needs, as we carry a full line of Hewlett Packard, Xerox, Canon, Samsung, Brother, Lexmark, Oki, Ricoh, Panasonic & Troy.  



*Question: My name is Pam and I'm director of purchasing for a large university here is California.  I need to order about 700 of your display easels but when I tried to check out, I couldn't get the total shipping amount.  Can you help me with this issue?

*Answer: Hi Pam, since the total weight has exceeded the maximum allowed for UPS shipment, this becomes a freight shipment.  I believe our UPS calculator only goes up to 200lbs.   The merchandise is in stock and I will get you a freight quote for your area.



*Question: Do you ship to army base APO'S?

*Answer: Yes we do.  You won't be able to place it through our on-line store.  Please call our customer service for details.
