All in-stock items will be shipped to you within 72 hours on a first come, first serve basis. Our minimum order is $20.00. Items are shipped UPS ground within the lower 48 United States. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes! We will ship products either next day air, second day air, or 3-day select if you'd like for an extra charge. Some exclusions may apply. Please inquire for rates prior to ordering. Local orders within the Chicagoland area that are too large to be shipped UPS will be shipped using our delivery trucks. Same shipping fees apply.
All claims for merchandise damaged in shipping MUST be brought to our attention within 3 working days! If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, there will be a 15% re-stocking charge less freight. If the item or items ordered is out of stock, you will be notified within 72 hours as to when you may recieve your order.
